Tracy Perusse is a Minnesota native who moved to warm and sunny California to attend college in Los Angeles. After a successful career in advertising, Tracy moved to Carlsbad where she became Marketing Manager for a resort developer. This position brought her directly into the marketing of real estate properties and renewed her life-long interest in selling real estate.
